Method Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead multifamily operations in Dallas-Fort Worth. This is an opportunity to develop community leaders, bring financial discipline to everyday decisions and help shape a growing company.

We are looking for someone who leads through managers, asks good questions and stays with a problem until the work is complete.

What you will own.

  • Coach community managers, set priorities and develop accountable teams.
  • Review financial performance, explain budget variances and direct corrective plans.
  • Conduct onsite reviews of leasing, collections, resident service, maintenance coordination and apartment turns.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding and manager development.
  • Handle escalations, coordinate transitions and communicate operating risks early.
  • Verify that actions are completed and producing the intended result.

What you bring.

  • Experience leading multifamily operations across multiple communities.
  • Examples of developing managers and improving team performance.
  • Practical budgeting, financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Sound judgment, clear communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Experience with ResMan or comparable property management systems.
  • Availability for onsite work and travel within Dallas-Fort Worth.
